1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bidsaas.lol, submitting a SaaS website URL, placing a bid, or purchasing a sponsor slot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Bidding & Ranking Mechanism

BidSaaS operates an open-market bidding leaderboard. Rank is determined dynamically by the total confirmed bid amount. All bids are permanent contributions toward your listing position. We do not guarantee any specific duration of time that a listing will remain at any rank, as other users may place higher bids at any time.

3. Non-Refundable Nature of Payments

All transactions completed via our payment processor (Dodo Payments) are strictly final and non-refundable. Being outbid or displaced on the leaderboard does not entitle a user to a refund or chargeback. Initiating unwarranted payment disputes may result in permanent domain suspension from BidSaaS.

4. Prohibited Content

Listings promoting illegal products, malware, phishing scams, adult content, hate speech, or deceptively impersonating other brands will be removed immediately without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

BidSaaS is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding specific traffic, conversions, or user engagement generated from leaderboard placement.
